Strictly Necessary

These are required for the site to work and cannot be switched off through our site. They keep you signed in, remember what is in your cart, and process payments securely. They include _medusa_jwt (authentication), _medusa_cart_id (your cart), _medusa_cache_id (your shopping region), and cookies set by our payment processor, Stripe (__stripe_mid, __stripe_sid), which also help detect fraud.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, deployed through Google Tag Manager. Google Analytics sets cookies such as _ga and _ga_<id>, typically expiring after two years, so we can understand how visitors find and use the site — which pages are viewed, how long visits last, and which products draw interest. Error Monitoring

We use Sentry to capture technical errors so we can fix them. It records diagnostic details such as the page you were on and your browser version. It is not used for advertising.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop you from signing in or completing an order.

Spektrum sells and ships within the United States. Depending on the state you live in, privacy law may give you the right to:

• Know what personal information we have collected about you, and request a copy of it;
• Correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you;
• Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to exceptions such as completing an order or meeting our legal and tax obligations;

Sale and Sharing of Personal Information

Spektrum does not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of the Google advertising and analytics cookies described above may be treated as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising — or as a "sale" — under some state privacy laws. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16 years of age.

Global Privacy Control

Spektrum honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or a browser extension sends a GPC signal, we automatically treat it as a request to opt out of targeted advertising and of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and we disable advertising cookies for that browser. How to Exercise Your Rights

For any other request, email info@spektrumleos.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line, and tell us which right you would like to exercise. We will need to verify your identity before we act, usually by confirming the email address tied to your account or a recent order. We will respond within the time required by applicable law, generally 45 days. An authorized agent may submit a request for you with written proof that you authorized them.
